Absolutely beautiful villa and spotlessly clean.
Absolutely beautiful villa and spotlessly clean. Unique spa, we had a wonderful massage for a reasonable rate. Beautiful pool and sun terrace. Comfortable beds and clean linen. Air conditioning worked well. In a quiet, safe and secure area.
We were under the impression that we'd booked a self-catering villa, as the description on booking.com didn't suggest otherwise. However, a few hours after paying the full balance we were told that the Villa was serviced and came with a daily 500 pesos fee that was not optional. This came as a surprise as this is not mentioned ANYWHERE on the booking.com description. The fridge was fully stocked however it was very unclear whether the products were complimentary or available to buy as no prices were displayed. On checkout, when presented with the final bill, we discovered that 7 coffees, usually completely free in luxury accommodation, came to almost 1,000 pesos! The concept of a minibar is completely familiar to us, however prices should be displayed very clearly to avoid nasty surprises at the end of the stay. We felt the service element of the Villa quite invasive and that 'serviced' masquaraded for the fact that we were sharing the Villa with the owner, who came and went as and when she wanted to. The kitchen was shared as the owner cooked her meals in our kitchen. We felt this element of our stay was very intrusive and an invasion of privacy. The showers were tempremental: one of them didn't get hot for our entire stay. We informed the owner however nothing was done to rectify this. Although the maids constantly cleaned the kitchen and common area, they didn't once make up the beds, bring fresh towels, or restock toilet roll in the bathrooms. This would have been fine if the Villa was self-serviced, however the service seemed only to apply to common areas which seems peculiar. Be aware that the tour and driver service comes at an inflated rate. We arranged transport Sirao Garden ourselves for half of the price originally quoted by the Villa. Overall, wonderful villa and location. We had an amazing time, especially in the spa and felt the service was great. However, it was unfortunate that there were so many hidden surprises.

「まさにラグジュアリー！」
スタッフがとにかく親切で頼りになります。 小さな子連れで行ったのですが、買い物中抱っこしてくれたり遊んでくれたりしてとても助かりました。 施設もキレイで豪華です。 また行きたいと思います。

「おおヴィラは」
グループで泊まるには快適です。 ヴィラはゴージャスで清潔、広く開放感があります。 ヴィラ室内は靴厳禁でした。室内用の使い捨てタオルスリッパ(ホテルに備え付いているような物)を持参すると快適だと思います。裸足で過ごすことになります。 リビングは広く、大きいソファーも十分に備わっているため、仲間6名で楽しく過ごせました。 キッチンには冷蔵庫や食器など必要なものは全て整っているので、夜はリビングで飲み会ができる環境です。 リビングから地下に向かう階段を降りるとスパスペースがあり、マッサージを受けた後も直ぐに部屋に戻れるため、とても楽です。2日間利用しました。3時間のエステ予約した際は食事で帰りが遅くなり時間を過ぎてしまいました。マッサージ時間を削られるので時間厳守した方がいいです。 バトラースタッフも朝から夜23:00位まで常に同じ建物内の専用部屋にいるため、何か用事を頼む際も直ぐに対応してくれます。男性のスタッフ1名(運転など全般)、女性スタッフ1名(朝食など家事全般)が専任でいます。 私たちは早朝から毎日ダイビングに出かけていたので、水着やタオル等の洗濯物はランドリーサービスをお願いしていました。スタッフがやってくれます。(有料：だいたい1日5ー6名分の水着やタオル、Tシャツなどを3日分で1200ペソでした)便利でした。 このサイトからの予約では朝食が付いていないので、注意が必要です。私たちは事前にヴィラと連絡を取り朝食を付けました。朝食は毎日、食パン、ソーセージ、ハム、卵料理、フルーツ、ドリンク類のみです。 タクシーは一切使わず、夕食や買い物に出かけた時はヴィラの車(白シボレーの7名乗り)で送迎をして貰っていました。通常のタクシーだと1台で全員移動する事は出来ないので便利でした。ただし、料金は高いと思います。(4泊5日、4日間の夜利用でマクタン内のみ:計6800ペソ位でした。セブシティーの送迎は片道1回1000ペソ、マクタン内は片道500ペソとのこと)男性陣が夜飲みに行く時も使っていました。旅行中、夕食に行って帰りにスーパーやコンビニやフルーツを買うのに寄り道をして貰っていました。 スタッフはとても親切で笑顔で親しみやすいです。美味しいフルーツのお店やスーパー等、私たちのリクエストに対応してくれました。美味しいテイクアウトのチキンとポークのお店に連れて行ってもらいました。今まで何度もフィリピン来てますが一番美味しかったです。ものすごくローカルなお店でしたので、現地の方が案内してくれないと中々買うことは出来ないと思います。チキンは丸ごと1尾カットしてくれて195ペソ位で激安です。ポークはリンポで同じくらいの値段でした。付いてきたソースも抜群に美味しかったです。 なので、トータル的には料金は妥当だと感じています。ヴィラは高級住宅街の中に有ります。セキュリティーゲートで囲われたエリア内に有ります。 その為、街中から少し外れた場所にあるためゲートの外に出ても、歩いて行ける食事のお店やマッサージをする所はありません。車移動が必須です。 ウーバーなどでタクシーを呼ぶ事も出来ると思います。 セブ空港までの行き帰りの送迎は人数と荷物によっては1台で移動できないので、事前にヴィラの送迎を依頼していました。到着時は2台利用。帰りはスタッフがワンボックスを準備してくれ1台でした。帰りのワンボックスは1000ペソでした。 ヴィラ全体のエアコンは快適です。 照明設備も万全で蛍光ネオンが入っていたのでムード満点です。 お花が至る所に飾ってあるのでキレイです。
全般良いですが、注意点がいくつか有りました。 ●支払いは 宿泊料金はヴィラ到着時に全額支払います。 車、マッサージ、ランドリーなどの追加利用料金は全てまとめて最終日のチェックアウト時に精算して請求され支払います。 ●兎にも角にもシャワーのお湯の出が悪い。 3箇所のシャワーを同時に使うとチョロチョロとしかお湯が出ません。女性には辛い水量です。 さらに、宿泊中2日目からボイラー故障したとのことで水しか出ませんでした。これは最悪です。5日目はお湯が出ました。 ●地下のエステエリアにあるジャグジーやサウナは、マッサージエステをしないと利用できません。設備はとてもキレイで快適です。 ボイラー故障でジャグジーも水でしか利用できませんでした。サウナが高温サウナとミストサウナがあり、汗たっぷりかいた後には結果的に水ジャグジーで気持ちよかったのが救いです。でも、2日間も利用してお湯が出ないのがとても残念でした。ジャグジーは広めです。4人位は一緒に入れそうです。 サウナも高温になります。気持ちいいです。 マッサージはやってくれるスタッフによります。上手い人と下手くそな人がいました。 2回受けた内の最初にやってもらったスタッフ達が上手だったと仲間全員意見一致していました。 マッサージベットは3台あります。 1回目は1時間のオイルマッサージを6人受けました。とても気持ちよかったです。 2回目は女性陣が3時間コースの後に男性陣1時間をやって貰った。夜20時予約がスタート21時になってしまった為、結局女性は2時間しかできなかった。待たせたからと支払いは3時間分請求され支払いました。自分たちがのんびり夕飯してたので仕方ないですが。遅れないようにした方がいいですね。 ●天候が悪かった事も重なりプールがキレイに見えず、入るのをためらう。 1日目はプールに小さい虫や枯葉が浮いていて、綺麗とは言えず、入る気にはなれませんでした。2日目はゴミが取られていたので、男性は入っていましたが、天気も悪くお湯が出ないので寒くて女性は一度も入る事はありませんでした。男性は気持ちよく泳いでいました。 ●タオルが交換されない。 毎日、部屋のクリーニングとベットメイキングは入りますが、タオルは交換されません。タオルも少ないのでスタッフに言えば追加で貸してもらえます。 交換も希望すればしてもらえます。言わなければ交換は一切されません。 ●アメニティーは無い。備え付けはトイレットペーパー、ハンドソープ、シャンプー？リンスみたいなもの？だけです。使っていないので中身がよくわかりませんが2種類液状の物がシャワーブース内に備わっていました。 ティッシュは希望したらくれました。有料かは不明です。 洗面用具は持参が必須です。 ●コップ(グラス)を割ったら1個2ー300ペソ請求されます。日本のホテルなら無いと思いますが。 ●持ち込み料金を請求されます。 日本から大量のお酒、ご飯、おかず、カップ麺、お菓子、スープ等を持ち込みました。ある日はダイビングで疲れたため、夕飯をスーパーで買い物したり、チキンやポーク等をテイクアウトしてヴィラで夕食を摂りました。最終日の精算時に持ち込み料金を請求されました。 ヴィラには沢山のお酒が用意されていましたが、一切手を付けづに、氷から水、ジュース等は全てスーパーで買い込みました。ヴィラのサンミゲルのビンビールも90ペソ前後で高くはなかったです。コンビニと少ししか変わらないですが、全て買ってました。持ち込み料は通常発生するのが一般的だと言われましたが、それは聞いてなかったので支払いませんでした。 ●空港までの往復の送迎を無料でしてもらえる約束をしていたのですが、結局、有料でした。ホームページで予約を取りたかったですが、ウェブサイトエラーで取れず、booking .comで取ることにした経緯をオーナーと事前にやり取りして無料にしてもらう事になっていたけど、荷物が多いからワンボックス呼んだと、結局空港までは1000ペソ有料になりました。 ●会話は概ね英語です。英語が理解できないと難しいかも知れません。男性スタッフはほんの少しの日本語単語を話しますが、片言でも英語が使えないと不便です。
